Aroa Biosurgery has appointed Paul Shearer as a non-executive director, effective Friday October 31.
Shearer is an accomplished global healthcare executive with extensive experience in the medical device industry and a proven record of leading international sales growth.
He previously spent more than three decades with Fisher and Paykel Healthcare, including 20 years as senior vice president, sales and marketing, where he led global commercial operations across more than 50 markets and played a key role in the company's successful sales expansion in the United States.
